Wikidata for Digital Preservation: Technical Metadata for file formats, software, and configured environments

We introduce WikiDP, a portal built on top of Wikidata, that allows users to curate structured data in the domain of digital preservation. Yale University Library is syndicating technical metadata related to software and file formats from Wikidata as machine-actionable data to power preservation workflows.
