Panelists will discuss implementation of digital preservation plans and strategies at two research libraries. Using open source tools and community solutions, panelists have created workflows and tools to ingest curated content into a shared digital preservation environment. Panelists will focus on next steps after digital preservation planning and system selection.
Joe Carrano is a Digital Archivist at MIT Libraries. He has an MA in History and an MLS with a specialization in Archives, Records, and Information Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.
